Description of service :

Our advanced monitoring systems constantly check served and servies for uptime 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. If downed server or service is detected, we proactively notify you the incident so that your team can begin working to correct the issue and bring everything back online.

Reduce network downtime with the 24/7 proactive server monitoring. Our trained technical staff perform constant network monitoring of your network infrastructure and provides notification alerts should there be a detected failure, threshold exceeded, or other defined problem, ensuring that when a network problem exists, you are made aware of the issue for immediate correction resulting in a substantially less amount of downtime. We will monitor servers to be sure things are running smooth. Some of the areas we monitor include hard drive storage, CPU, Server Reboots and error logs. Again, we are proactive, taking action when alerted to any issue that may cause a system interruption.

We've developed a proactive server monitoring service that monitors the critical components within your server environment and reports information back to our technical team in fifteen minute increments during business hours. Our trained technical staff will act on issues as they arise and in the event of a more serious problem developing, you will be contacted and advised of an appropriate course of action.

At the server level, we install various custom software packages which detect processes which have failed or hung and attempt to restart them. In case the service does not restart, it begins checking for various common problems, fixes any found problems, and they can began working on correcting the issue. Hardware health is also tested and our staff is notified so they can began working on correcting the issue. At the software level, we also provide a variety of performance metrics. These include server load, CPU usage, disk I/O and memory usage, Apache performance, and more. These graphs are provided for your informational and capacity-planning purposes and can be used by our staff in diagnosing issues.
